ESTIA is a tool for small construction and renovation businesses (electricians, plumbers, roofers, general contractors) to turn a job into a compliant quote in minutes, follow up automatically on unpaid invoices, and stay ready for France's new e-invoicing rules. It is currently in development at LuxVacation Group.

The problem

Small building trade companies lose time and cash on admin, not on the job itself

France counts around 615,000 building trade companies, and about 90% of them are very small businesses (TPE), often a single tradesperson or a small crew. Quotes are frequently handwritten or built after hours on a laptop, invoices go out late, and unpaid invoices get chased informally, if at all. On top of that, a new legal deadline is approaching: every French company must be able to receive electronic invoices from 1 September 2026, and small businesses must be able to issue them from 1 September 2027.

France requires every company to receive electronic invoices from 1 September 2026, and requires small businesses to issue them from 1 September 2027. ESTIA is being built to keep small building trade companies compliant without them having to become invoicing experts.
